The election commissioner is responsible for voter registration and conducts all elections in the County. Stanton County is divided into 10 voting precincts. These precincts are divided into 3 Commissioner Districts. There are approximately 3,800 registered voters.

Stanton County has been designated as Election by Mail and no poll sites will be available for casting votes.
Ballots are mailed to all registered voters within the county.
Ballots can be returned by mail (postage prepaid, placed in a secure drop box or hand delivered to the County Clerk's office.
